New Shows!
The Christian Fitness
crew recently completed two new shows that are
going to be a great addition to your workout.
The
"Arms" program focuses on nothing but the upper body to build
more strength, definition and endurance for your arms and shoulders.
There is also a
"PK" (Punch and Kick) show
that is a full body workout. This program goes into detail on technique
and form so that anyone at any level can participate and experience the
benefits. Beginners will have a blast testing and improving their
balance, while intermediates and advanced can test their cardio by
pushing it to the limits during each round.Be sure and catch the "Couch" workout to Matthew West's latest album "Something
to Say", and "Exercise Bands II" set to the music of Brian
Bates. Christian Fitness is honored and blessed to have these two
anointed artists lend their talents to the program.
