My husband and I had the privilege of spending two weeks in May of this year at the orphanage in Kathmandu, Nepal, with 21 children.
We were so blessed to see your gifts in action! One of the girls was able to receive surgery on a hernia because of your generosity. Your gifts and prayers are so important for this project. It brings tears to my eyes when I think about how these children would be living if it were not for “The Children’s Home of Love.”
We are already planning and looking forward to next year when we will see the children again. Here is a brief highlight of what has been planned as of now:
· A dental medical clinic with our children and other orphanages in Kathmandu. · Dental services for villages in the mountains. · A pastors’ conference ... and more!
Please pray for this very important trip! Our desire is for these orphaned children to fulfill their dreams and destinies that God has for them.
Will you please help us make a difference through The Children’s Home of Love? It costs $1,386 to completely support a child for the year. A gift of any amount toward this project would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and all that you do to support CTN in prayer and with your finances. You can check out pictures of the orphanage on our website at www.ctnonline.com.
God Bless,
Yolanda Morris
CTN Nepal Ministry
A ministry to the "least of these"
Twenty-three years ago, God spoke to the late Molly D'Andrea, and told her He had something special for her to do. Then, He said "wait". In may 1999, God began to speak to Molly again, telling her to "GO" and that He would direct her and tell her what she was to do.
Soon after, she heard Him spoke the word "orphanage." Molly's heart began to be burdened for the many abused children of the world -- children who have been raped with incest ...sexually molested ... beaten ... cast away. God told her He would open the doors, but that she was to run with the vision to rise up Godly children winning thousands of people to Jesus. It is out of this vision that the idea for Children's Home of Love was born.
God gave Molly D'Andrea the dream of building a place where hurting, abused children could thrive and grow ... and lean about Jesus. Today, the Children's Home of Love is the fulfillment of that dream.
Children's Home of Love ministry started in 2003 and is now home to twenty one children. Located in South Asia nested between China and India. Nepal has an estimated population of 28,951,547people (2010).
Our goal was then and is today to raise and educate the children of Nepal free of the Hindu and Buddhist religion that dominates the culture, and raise up leaders that would seek God and change the state of the country from within.
You can make a difference.
Would you consider supporting the Children's Home of Love? Every donation directed to this ministry goes strait to the needs of this ministry and to these children. As we educate this children we ensure a future for these kids and for the future of Nepal.
