How do people get help from the Love Basket?
People who request help from the Love Basket must live in the middle Tennessee area (within our viewing area) and they must supply us with a copy of the bill in question. Once we receive the bill and verify that we have sufficient funds to pay it, we can contact the utility company directly to pay the bill.
What kinds of bills and needs are fulfilled by Love Basket funds?
In the past year, we’ve paid multiple electric bills and water bills for needy families and individuals. Isn’t it amazing to realize that your donation has literally kept someone else’s lights on?
