Corporate is looking for a Full Time Network Executive Producer worker.

Primary Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the Network Executive Producer is to help produce network wide specials, develop creative content for the network including coming up with budgets, supervising contracted workers when needed on projects and also editing responsibilities when necessary. This position will also work with executive leadership to help create promotional spots as well as pitch pieces for donors.

Required Education and Experience

Work Experience Requirement:

  • Strong experience in Adobe Premiere
  • Knowledge of production and technical standards
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multi-tasks simultaneously.
  • Work well within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit a professional attitude at all times and be able to perform in a high-pressure environment
  • Comfortable working with clients, freelancers, pastors and/or non-profit representatives and done with a professional manner.

OTHER:

  • Must be a born again Christian and attend a Bible believing church.
  • Be willing to travel for productions as needed.
  • Work in an environment with a medium sound level. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods.
  • Adequate vision to discern and read gauges and meters is required. Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination is required to operate levers, knobs, and dials.
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs including being able to lift a studio camera or light
  • Short to Moderate Ladder climbs
  • Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan productions (specials, long and short forms, pilots, series, etc.) by organizing schedules, budgets and people. They accomplish this by being involved at each stage of a production, from initial planning, estimating and scheduling through recording and on to final budget and distribution. They must maintain good communication with all involved.
  • Work with or as the producer to coordinate timing, scripting, casting and recording. They work with or as the technical team to choose lighting, sound and video elements for each project. Make sure any video coming in for production use, from outside sources, is up to standard. Have all video and graphic needs ready for production.
  • Creating and editing ID’s and Promos for network-wide distribution. This is to include using programs such as after effects.
  • At times, may be involved with creating and building sets.
  • Check to see that all of the necessary equipment including cameras, sound boards, lighting and microphones are in good working order. Report any repairs or needs of production consumables to the Production Manager at the specific station providing the equipment. Any purchases must be approved by that Production Manager.
  • Responsible for taking care of all releases when necessary and working with any local authorities and permits for location shoots.
  • Works with VP of CTN to produce video pieces to be used to create streams of income for the network.
  • Seeks out and develops relationships with a wide variety of freelance production partners to help execute projects for the network.
  • Work to produce media projects or help on productions as assigned by executive leadership
